John Morio Sakaguchi

I'm a long time resident of Northern California. I enjoy the outdoors as well as the technologies I grew up with and use today.

I've fiddled with software since the beginnings of the world wide web. In fact my very first paid internship was converting a in-house file format for help files into web pages programmatically.

My college years were spent learning about the interface between hardware and software and eventually I gained a B.S. in Computer Engineering.

My first foray into IT was an internship as a quality assurance analyst which led into a Software Engineering position with a focus in web technologies.

After that I got into designing hardware and software for the retro computing market. 

Outside of work, I still enjoy hiking, backpacking, board games and computer games. I am still trying to figure out how to break par in disc golf.
